Located in Andover, Kansas, The Heritage will be a convenient and walkable 100-acre master-planned community with charming residential neighborhoods and engaging commercial development. It will provide a vibrant anchor and central gathering place for Andover and surrounding communities.

The Heritage broke ground in February 2022. Construction is now underway on the commercial mixed-use project of apartments, street-level retail, parking, and a public plaza. 

Come tour the job at its beginning stage of structural concrete and see the tower crane. This is a unique tour you won’t want to miss!

After the tour, we'll head over to Spaulding's Food & Drink for a social Happy Hour. 

Day-of Planning 

We will meet at the Key Construction job trailer at 3:30PM. 

PPE is required for this tour. This includes a hard hat, safety glasses, a vest, and closed toe shoes.  

We will have some extras hats, glasses, and vests on site but we encourage those that have them to bring their own.
